Privacy, in plain words

What we store

• Your email address, to sign you in with a one-time code. There is no password.
• About your child: a first name or nickname, an age, and the region you pick so that money and measurement questions use the right units. Nothing else. No birth date, no school, no address, no photo.
• Lessons: the lessons you generate, the answers given, and the scores, so a lesson started on one device can be finished on another and history is kept.
• Feedback you choose to send, including a question you flag as wrong or confusing.
• Error reports: if the app hits a fault in your browser, it sends us the error message, the page, and the browser name so we can fix it. No content of yours is included.

What we never do

• No advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, no third-party cookies.
• We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone.
• Children do not have accounts, cannot be contacted through the product, and are never shown anything but their lesson.

Where it lives

Accounts and lessons are stored with Supabase in their Canadian region, and the site is served by Railway. Sign-in emails are sent through Resend from feedback@openhomelearning.com. Each of these providers processes data only to run the service.

Your choices

• Sign out on any device at any time. Your sign-in lasts only in that browser.
• Email us to delete your account and everything in it, or to receive a copy of your data. We do it within seven days and confirm by reply.
• Nothing here is required to be public, and there is no profile anyone else can see.

The beta and pricing

OpenHome Learning is free while it is in beta, with no card on file. We will email every family 30 days before the beta ends. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and families who joined during the beta keep the founding rate shown at signup for as long as they stay.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we will email account holders before it takes effect.
